What happened to CryoXtract and who is this new company and people?

CryoXtract was a startup company that was unable to get funding to support its ongoing operational needs. The Assets of CryoXtract were acquired by Todd Basque who was the Director of Engineering and employee number two at CryoXtract. The new company is called Basque Engineering and Science (BES for short).

Will the quality of the CryoXtract products change?

The quality of the products will remain the same as all the suppliers who worked with CryoXtract will be working with BES. We are using the same quality processes and procedures as well as the same manufacturing methods and techniques.

Can I still obtain technical and service support for the CryoXtract products? And who will that be?

Yes, technical service and support will be with Todd Basque and the team. Their combined level of expertise ensures a premier customer experience.

 

What other services/products will the new company offer?

All the suppliers who worked with CryoXtract will be working with BES in the same capacity.

Will I still be able to buy the CryoXtract instruments, probes and other consumables?

Yes some of the products such as the 750 will no longer be sold or built, but phone and other support as well as probes and consumables are still available for sale.

Is there going to be a new manufacturer?

All the suppliers who worked with CryoXtract will be working with BES in the same capacity.

 

Can I still get an extended warrantee with the CryoXtract products?
